Job Description:

As a Deck Installer you'll be trained on our exclusive composite decking products and building methods to deliver an outstanding experience to customers across Wisconsin.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist or lead with the removing of existing decks and installing new decks with our exclusive composite decking line
• Ensure our customer's project come to life and that all products are installed accurately
• Measure and cut material
• Work in all weather and terrainSkills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
  • At least 1 year residential construction experience, preferably in carpentry
  • Proficient in the use of power tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Great attitude and desire to learn
  • General knowledge of safety practices
