Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician in Waudesha, WI for a 3 month contract-to-hire opportunity providing desktop support service.

Qualifications

• 
  
• 3 - 5+ years of Desktop Support experience.
  
• Superior customer service skills
  
• HS Diploma or GED, AA or BS degree preferred
  
• Great customer service skills
  
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
  
• Microsoft MCP Certification preferred
  
  
  Responsibilities
  
  
  • 
    
  • Be the face of the client and interface with high-level executives at end-client's location, providing white glove IT service, handling all IT-related issues in the areas of application support, technology, telepresence, mobile devices, hardware and services, imaging, and data transfers.
    
  • Support/facilitate telepresence events (e.g. Teams Live) in partnership w/ the internal event and webcast team and external vendors.
    
  • Provide support of conference center, basic network connectivity and AV connectivity issues.
    
  • Be highly skilled at troubleshooting and comfortable educating users on technology features, assisting w/ hardware selection process, conducting demos, and providing software and personal training sessions for users on standard tool sets.
