This is an assembly job putting together chains and boots for truck tires, amongst other hardware! We are looking to hire for 1st and 2nd shifts. Payrate starting at $15/hr with shift differentials and advanced career opportunities available!. Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 / hour Duties: For this position job responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:

• Tape/grease ends of chain.
• Grind the tops of the chains if painted or rusty.
• Ream out bolt holes if chain was painted.
• Grind off back of shoes if painted or rusty.
• Lay shoes on track.
• Lay out hardware on the shoes.
• Place bolts into holes and tighten down nuts with impact gun.
• Torque down all bolts per specifications using the torque machine and/or hand torque wrench. Fill out all paper work for quality control.
• Roll up and tie/clamp track. Then place ID tag on track. Position Requirements:
  • Must be able to use hand tools, grinders, drills and impact guns.
  • Required to read and understand work orders.Understand orders given by line leaders and management.
  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day and to lift up to 70 LBS.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries
  • Ability to effectively present information to Supervisors and Managers
  • Knowledge of manufacturing
  • Excellent reasoning and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent math skillsForklift experience and certification is a plus! Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Stand for Shift Duration, Must be at least 18 years old.Able to Lift 75 pounds., required education: HS Diploma or GED. Industry: Manufacturing.The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience.
