Job Purpose:
Install epoxy flooring system by preparing the surface for the coating process, repairing when necessary, and applying the epoxy system.

Premier Garage is a nationally recognized and locally owned business. We are looking for a full time, year-round installer for our Epoxy Floor Coating division. At Premier Garage we take pride in our product, process and our Team of installers.

Duties:
* Prepare and maintain a clean truck, shop and job site. Loading daily materials and equipment.

*Prep job site floor using stand-up grinder equipment and small hand-held grinders. Measure, cut and install base molding. Mix and apply repair materials to damaged areas of the floor. Caulking, vacuuming, and clean up.

* Install the 3 step Epoxy System: Base Coat, Flake layer and Top Coat.

* Customer Service, Maintain customer rapport by answering questions.

* Maintains safe work environment by following safe practices; adhering to procedures, regulations, and standards.

* Maintains records by documenting materials.

* Checking In supplies, and keeping supplies organized.

* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.



Skills/Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License, Verbal Communication, Listening, Customer Service, Operate Equipment and Maintenance, Basic Safety, Functional and Technical Skills, Action Oriented, Time Management, Team Player, Leader, Organized, Decision Maker, Attention to Detail, Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
