This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our engineering products and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed quality assurance tests, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring our products meet all industry standards and requirements. This position provides a unique opportunity to work with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Responsibilities1. Conduct detailed quality assurance tests on all products and services to ensure they meet industry standards and requirements.2. Use advanced electrical diagnostics tools to identify and resolve potential issues in a timely manner.3. Work with various electrical equipment, including but not limited to, oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power supplies.4. Read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams to ensure proper assembly and functionality.5. Monitor and adjust tolerances on various components and systems to ensure optimal performance.6. Confirm blueprint specifications and bill of materials for each product, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.7. Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product quality and reliability.8. Document and report any product quality issues or concerns to the Quality Assurance Manager.9. Train and mentor junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.10. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in quality assurance.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in the engineering industry.3. Proficiency in using electrical diagnostics tools and equipment.4. Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and blueprints.5. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.8. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance.9. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes.10.
