Job Responsibilities: As a CNC Maintenance Technician at Diamond Precision Products you will be responsible for:

• Performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
• Conducting preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, calibration, and inspections to prevent equipment failures and extend machine lifespan.
• Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues using a variety of tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Collaborating with the production team to address equipment issues promptly and efficiently.
• Keeping accurate maintenance records and documentation of all repairs and maintenance activities.
• Recommending and implementing process improvements to enhance machine performance and reliability.
• Assisting in the installation and setup of new CNC equipment as needed.
• Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  
  Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • Proven experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, preferably with hands-on experience working on Haas, Dooson, and Mori Seiki equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machinery operations, mechanics, electronics, and controls.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues related to CNC equipment.
  • Familiarity with reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and report maintenance activities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certification or degree is a plus.
