Maintenance Technician Mechanic Electrician Beverage Bottling Water Filtering Mixers Blenders Carbonators Automated Bottle Fillers Cappers Labelers Boxers PLCs HMIs Motors Rotary & Linear Motion Componenets Hydraulics Pneumatics _ .

Seeking experience performing repairs and providing regular maintenance to manufacturing facilities and key production equipment.

Basic Requirements:

- Familiarity with machine shop equipment including: Lathes, Drill Presses, Surface Grinders etc.

- Previous troubleshooting of programmable logic controllers from companies such as: FANUC, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi etc.

- Ability to use welders, cutting torches, soldering equipment, hand and power tools.

- Strong knowledge and experience with Lock Out - Tag Out procedures.

- Experience performing end of arm tooling changes and repairs to 6 axis pick and place robots, or similar equipment.

-- Shrink Wrappers

*** Boxers & Palletizers

Provide excellent and timely repairs and maintenance to keep the plant running efficiently and safely. Use LOTO procedures when working on plant equipment. Troubleshoot and diagnose machine malfunctions using blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics. Repair and maintain HVAC systems. Change out oil and lubricate or grease moving mechanical parts. Use knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical concepts to determine problems with machines.
