Our Salesforce practice delivers enterprise Salesforce.com implementations across all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment. After winning a project, you'll be the main client contact to ensure timely and budgeted delivery.As a Senior Application Systems Engineer, you will develop and integrate user interfaces across mobile, web, and tablet platforms, using standard tools and agile methodologies to deliver technological solutions that enhance our revenue.Your key responsibilitiesYou will identify customer requirements, develop front-end components, contribute to business processes, and choose methodologies that meet client service metrics, quality, risk management, growth, and team objectives.

• Define and execute deliverables efficiently
• Manage project completion and maintain engagement reports
• Track resources, budgets, and project statuses
• Participate in client sessions as a team member or lead
• Travel may be required based on client needs, maintaining billable hoursSkills and attributes for successSuccess in this role requires a mix of technical and interpersonal skills, including:
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable leading conversations at all levels
  • Experience in Salesforce CRM and end-to-end implementations
  • Salesforce integration and middleware tools experience
  • Deep Salesforce knowledge, including APEX, VisualForce, APIs, and AppExchange
  • Experience configuring Salesforce workflows and approval processes
  • Solutioning and designing Salesforce platforms, identifying gaps
  • Project management skills to deliver on time and within budget
  • Risk management and change management abilities
  • Application development and systems integration skills
  • Relationship building, client trust, and emotional agility
  • Problem-solving skillsMinimum qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Systems or related field
    • 2-4 years of relevant experience, with Salesforce configuration and customization
    • Knowledge of relational databases
    • Self-starter, multitasker, strong communicator, and leader
    • Willingness to travel as neededPreferred qualifications
      • Degree emphasis in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, MIS, Mathematics; Master's preferred
