• Administer, enhance, and support HR systems, focusing on UKG / Kronos applications (time clock / attendance setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting).
• Serve as the technical point of contact for system maintenance and configuration, ensuring data integrity, system testing, reporting, and process improvements.
• Support and manage time clock (time and attendance) infrastructure.
• Design and implement complex accrual rules and attendance point systems, with experience configuring and managing complex accrual calculations and rules.
• Develop and maintain attendance policies and warning templates.
• Design and implement standard operating procedures for the HR Technology team.Employer Offers
