Responsible for facilitating key projects in the areas of data
analysis and measurement to support improvement of clinical and
- Analyzes clinical and claims data to determine provider and
organizational performance to developed goals, develops descriptive
statistics and disseminates results via summary reports or
dashboard format for key organizational initiatives.
- Develops, analyzes and disseminates data to support
organization in identifying and justifying improvement
opportunities, developing a case for change, and monitoring the
impact of implemented changes.
- Coordinates with cross-functional teams in the development of
reporting and analytic solutions by scoping projects, interpreting
regulatory and payer requirements, developing detailed requirements
and validating data output from internal and external
- Develops related communication and education in lay language
for end users and delivers reports, presentations, insights and
visualizations to communicate complex ideas
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
- At least 2 year related experience and/or training.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
- Proficiency in other Microsoft Office products and reporting
packages required, SQL preferred.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and
draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business
periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or

as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and
