Job Description:

We are in search of an Sales Representative to provide janitorial sales to commercial businesses through out their assigned territory.

We work hard to be the FINEST Building Service Contractor in Wisconsin and the leading company in our national organization. Represent our company as a cutting edge service provider and leader in our industry. Our Sales Representative will work out of our Waukesha office provide sales throughout Wisconsin.

Responsibilities include:

Prospecting and Networking: in office by phone and email using Salesforce and also out of office visiting potential customers facilities, attending industry-related functions to determine key decision-makers and discuss their current cleaning needs and create the next opportunity to bid

Prepare proposals and Bid presentations: determine needs with the customer and work with your sales team to prepare a proposal with an operational strategy, expectations, specifications and competitive pricing to match

Facilitate an effective Start-up for new business: partner with each department to establish the necessary game plan to begin the new business and ensure a smooth transition to our operations

Competitive salary and commissions program:

Starting salary based on industry experience, education and other relevant qualifications.

Earnings Expectations $75,000-$100,000 annually.

We offer benefits to full-time employees on the first of the month following 60 days of full-time employment.
