seeking a dedicated and dynamic Floor Sales Manager to lead our
sales team in Cedarburg, WI. As the Floor Sales Manager, you will
play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, ensuring
excellent customer service, and fostering a positive and productive
work environment on the sales floor. Responsibilities Lead and
motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Manage
daily sales floor operations to maximize efficiency and customer
satisfaction. Coach and develop sales staff through training,
mentoring, and performance evaluations. Build and maintain strong
relationships with customers to support repeat business and
referrals. Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies
and promotional plans. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with
other departments to ensure product availability. Handle customer
concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements Proven experience in sales management, preferably in
automotive or motorsports retail. Strong leadership and
team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities. Goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed. Ability to
multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of motorsports products and industry trends is a plus.
