Product Specialist is responsible for guiding customers through
their buying journey by providing expert advice, product
demonstrations, and a seamless dealership experience. You will be
the go-to person for questions about products and services offered
by the dealership with the purpose of making customers feel welcome
and supported throughout their car purchasing process. Benefits

Responsibilities Offer assistance or direction to any customer who
enters the car dealership Approach and greet customers with a
positive attitude while building rapport to determine the needs of
the customer by listening and asking questions Explain product
performance, features & functions, and benefits to prospective
customers Assist customers in making a purchase decision by asking
questions and listening carefully to their responses and needs
Perform high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation
and demonstration of new/used vehicles Work directly with our
employees and customers to develop relationships and help to
enhance the sales process Maintain ongoing professional growth and
development by keeping abreast of product knowledge Report to the
Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews,
and analyses Qualifications Enthusiasm and high energy throughout
the sales workday Strong knowledge of automotive industry and
products/services offered by dealerships Friendly, competitive
personality, especially when handling objections & negotiating
pricing Strong customer service, communication skills, computer and
basic math skills Interest in training sales associates and working
in a team environment Prior automotive product/sales experience is
