Role We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow
client partnerships, expand market presence, and bring LHH's talent
solutions to organizations seeking to build future-ready
workforces. This individual will play a key role in generating new
business, nurturing strategic relationships, and collaborating
closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client
experiences. Key Responsibilities Identify, engage, and secure new
business opportunities across assigned markets. Build and maintain
strong relationships with HR leaders, executives, and
decision-makers. Conduct client discovery to understand
organizational challenges and align LHH solutions accordingly.
Partner with internal delivery teams to ensure seamless
implementation and client satisfaction. Track pipeline activity,
forecasting, and performance metrics using CRM tools. Represent LHH
at industry events, networking functions, and client presentations.
Stay current on market trends, talent challenges, and workforce
transformation topics. Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in
business development or B2B sales Proven track record of achieving
or exceeding revenue targets. Strong consultative selling skills
with the ability to articulate value-based solutions. Experience
working with HR, Talent Acquisition, or organizational leadership
teams preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and
relationship-building abilities. High business acumen, strategic
thinking, and ability to manage complex sales cycles. Proficiency
with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Pay/Benefits: $45,000
- $50,000 base commission Benefit offerings include medical,
dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional
voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan.
Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type
of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave
may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid
leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay
upon meeting eligibility criteria Pay Details: $45,000.00 to
