Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. /n /n Be part of something remarkable /n /n Join the 1 hospital in Wisconsin! /n /n We are seeking a Social Worker to: /n /n - Provide psychosocial assessment, intervention and support to patients and families served by the Pediatric Adolescent Transgender Health (PATH) Clinic at American Family Children’s Hospital. /n - Connect with community and government programs to support resolution of psychosocial risks and barriers to overall health and wellbeing. /n - Intervene with support systems that are caring for children with needs related to gender identity. /n - Support Pediatric Social Work team via case consultation, coverage support, and as a partner in improvement projects, as indicated. /n - Optionally participate in clinical supervision to elevate to advanced clinical licensure status in the field of Social Work. /n - Optionally participate in Social Work staffing models to address Social Work needs in the various care environments across our care continuum. /n /n /n At UW Health, you will have: /n /n - An excellent benefits package, including health and dental insurance, paid time off, retirement plans, two-week paid parental leave and adoption assistance.
