Homme Youth and Family Programs (Lutheran Social Services of WI & Upper MI) Part-time| Weekends, every Saturday and Sunday (8 AM - 8 PM) ???? $20.50/hr About Us At Homme Youth and Family Programs, we provide treatment and care for children and adolescents facing severe trauma and delinquency. Our trauma-informed approach focuses on the whole person through structured schedules, therapy, spiritual care, education, and reintegration into the community. What You’ll Do As a Youth Counselor , you’ll work directly with residents (primarily males ages 10–15), serving as a positive role model and advocate.
